Most people do scrambled eggs way too quickly; this method should take at least 15 minutes and is well worth the time. Yes, this is a great way to cook eggs. I generally enjoy cooking eggs more than eating them... There is always so much promise, but I'm always disappointed when I sample the results. This recipe was something different. I had some hippy-approved free range chicken eggs, some vermont cultured butter, and some heavy cream. I scaled the recipe for 2 eggs, and follow the directions. Wow. Buttery, tastey, they were the best scrambled eggs I've ever had. A perfect snack at 9PM! Right? Thanks for sharing this one. Executive summary: Mmmmm….
