The horse was rather easy to control, the on time he got on my nerves was Phalanx, the horse would get scared a bit too. Overall, I didn't find him too bad. I would say I like yorda better, she would listen. I found this game wonder, I truly never really had a cam issue. And not just because of the Sega Saturn-like chugging and ground textures... It's more that the game is clearly in the same style. Saying any more would be too much of a spoiler. I didn’t mean that as a literal statement. It’s more that the game is clearly in the same style. Is there a canonical basis to this assertion, or is it just your opinion that they are set in the same world? Thanks for the clarification! There were a few things near the end of the game that were a bit subtle. I do have a minor disagreement about the game mechanics, though. I got really tripped up on one of the colossi because of them. Early on I kept trying different things on the colossi, and saw that shooting them in the [SPOILER] would cause a minor visual change, but do no damage or have any other effect. So when I get to the one and only one colossus where you MUST shoot them in that location, I'd already discounted that idea a sosmething that doesn't work. Feh. I don't care what these things are made of, if they take ten arrows to the [SPOILER] they should all be affected. Great review, touching on the same strengths and faults I had with the game.
