The free running is a matter of holding two buttons and directing with the stick. Likewise the climbing. Side-quests consist of go to point x and press a couple of buttons. When I'm playing it I find myself manfully trying to ignore the fact that while the designers are no doubt very technically accomplished, they're just not that good at making...you know, something I can actually play and enjoy and want to follow to the end. Also it's hard to get over the awe-inspiring silliness of magically forgetting how to perform basic tasks just because you've been demoted... What gets me is that it’s barely a game.
