We did once get truly fall-off-the-bone ribs at Big Mama's House of Soul at the lower end of the Strip. They melted off the bone, into a smoky, gooey nirvana. Collard greens and peach cobbler were heavenly as well. 1603 Penn Avenue, check 'em out! Man, I hear ya!
