I thoroughly enjoyed every page!. With the 'Groundhog day-esque' quality and teh depth of though, I found it an easy but thought provoking book. There was an attempt at a modern version (the defence of hill 781) which was similar in some ways though far removed from the simplicity of Duffers Drift. Whether you are a military enthusiast, serving officer or just an avid reader, this book will not disappoint!. I recently bought this.
