Simple Pleasures (summer)
by peterbNevat, a Spanish goats' milk cheese that has the body of a brie but the lightness of a chevre. Cabrales, the best blue cheese in the world after true Roquefort. No bread, no crackers. Just a fork.
A glass of white port.
And, last but not least, two ripe, fresh green figs.
Sometimes, life is good.
