Just thought I'd let you know what's going on w/ the game, since you took the time to try it out. =) -We will be sticking with .NET and Managed DirectX for the retail release, but these components will be rolled into the installer. The end user shouldn't really notice they're there... -That means we will only support Windows (not Mac/Linux/Etc). We're all for cross-platform gaming, but for reasons I won't go into here, .NET was the best overall choice of platforms when we started this project. -We're making efforts to design online play to be very friendly to newbies -- moreso than most online games, commercial or indie. -We're in the process of signing with an indie publisher, and the projected ship date is June 1, 2005. -If you're ever up for trying out a game online, get ahold of me at slantz@speakeasy.net! =) Hey there.
