I guess your tastes have changed. I now feel the need to have mexican chocolate. Those stainless steel milk frothers make good methods of mixing the grainy chocolate tablets in milk, when one doesn't want to break out the traditional ceramic pitcher and wooden carved frothy thingy. I have not been in Boston in the last couple of years, so now there seems to be four locations around Boston, not the single location back in 2003. There default version of hot chocolate is made with water, not milk. Much more chocolate flavor. I compared the two versions, and even with my feline bias, I prefered the water version (most of the time, not all). He also makes some amazing chocolates. Some with herbal flavors. www.burdickchocolate.com Since youz guys travel for food I thought I would mention my favorite hot chocolate place, Burdick’s in Cambridge, MA.
