So, perhaps it's just a sore muscle and not anything too tough. Were you perhaps standing and leaning back some which your body would want to correct by lifting your toes/foot-angle to cause you to rock forward? (or maybe just rocking would be enough?) I feel all tingly. Oh wait, that was just gas. We used to get spam all the time, but this might be the first (or maybe second) time a spammer bothered to try to bypass the captcha code by hand.

On topic, I have occasionally suffered from "Coder's Ankle", resulting from long bouts of coding with my feet wrapped ungracefully around the base of an expensively ergonomic Aeron chair. It sounded like a scam, but after I googled it, it was legitmiate. You have to sign up for an offer from one the sponser companies. I did the free credit report one and canceled before the free trial time was up. Here's the link, check it out. The pain is also sort of more in my shin than in my knee. It's like the tendon that runs up and down between the ankle and knee. Very odd. Happily, I finished the game last night, so I can take a few days off. I usually sit staight legged or stand when playing games… in this case I think standing might have done me in.

One friend suggests taking up smoking so you actually get up and move about every time one addiction supercedes another.
