We did the same thing, but only after a couple of hours of greeting all manners of monsters and ghouls at the door. As we headed out for dinner we had a whole bunch of candies left in the basket so we just left the whole thing by the front door for the kids to take when they came knocking. When we got home and the basket was still half full. What does *that* say? Oops. We did the same thing, but only after a couple of hours of greeting all manners of monsters and ghouls at the door. How else do I explain a moody high-contrast black and white picture other than blaming it on Society? Dude, don’t harsh my melodramatic buzz. Why? Because we were out actually interacting with the kidless neighbors by taking our kid around (with a neighbor's kid and parent) trick-or-treating.... Might have been sheer laziness. Might have been the same reason. If you’d stopped by our house, you would have seen the same.
