The dessert crepes are the more traditional white flour, if I recall correctly. The service when they opened was a bit hectic and slow as they worked out their kitchen pipeline, but the last time I was back there they seemed to have worked it out. The service was fine, and every employee we encountered was both very polite and entirely happy to deal with us even though we brought along a somewhat-fussy one month old baby. I have no complaints and would happily go back; as you mention, the food all looks great. Laura and I had a lovely experience there for brunch the other weekend.
